Meet the Team
Boasting a wealth of experience, with multiple shipped titles working together: the entire Dragon Age series (BioWare), the Mass Effect series (BioWare), and Nightingale (Inflexion). All members of the Studio Reset Team have worked together extensively on these games and represent a range of disciplines - art, design, narrative, and technical. With a minimum of sixteen years of game development experience for each member, they are industry veterans who excel at collaboration.
While Studio Reset is a new entity, this proven track record demonstrates the team’s ability to start and complete projects through all stages of development, both as individual contributors and collectively as discipline leaders.
Kaelin Lavalee
At Studio Reset, Kaelin leads worldbuilding, narrative, and IP development, and serves as Producer and Creative Director for Eventide. Being Métis himself, Kaelin's personal mission is to bring authentic Indigenous representation to games and beyond. His dedication to cultural inclusion and respectful storytelling aims to bring more diverse voices and narratives to the forefront of the gaming industry. Studio Reset is a means for Kaelin to continue exploring his own heritage while pursuing his personal mission.

Francis Lacuna
Francis leads the art for Eventide, overseeing all aspects of our art production. From environments to characters to defining overall visual fidelity, he will ensure Eventide is aesthetically unique. His expertise in character art and design has been integral to several major RPG titles, showcasing his ability to shape both the visual and functional elements of game elements across multiple platforms.

Kris Schoneberg
At Studio Reset, Kris leads technical systems and narrative design efforts, with a focus on ensuring cohesive gameplay and storytelling. Specifically, for the Eventide project, Kris will be a designer overseeing systems that integrate narrative and player interaction, using her extensive experience to drive innovative, player-centered design.
